Prepare programmes, onboarding and delivery. Work with curriculum, platform, brand and partnership frameworks. Share experience, evidence and ideas across the partner network. PLAN AND DELIVER First, start with the materials, systems and practical experience needed to prepare and deliver a programme. Next, agree the partnership stage, scope and local delivery needs that determine access. Before choosing a starting point, review the methodology, explore our school programmes and learn more about the institute. For example, curriculum guides, programme descriptions and marketing materials support all three school programmes. During planning, partners receive the set relevant to their agreed scope. In addition, a partner platform supports the creation, editing and refinement of programmes and lessons. Once partners agree the scope and roles, they receive the relevant access. During onboarding, presentations and materials introduce partners to the implementation structure and process. Then, the kit supports a shared start for the local team. For context, partners receive an introduction to implementation in Denmark and practical experience from delivery across many schools. As a result, planning conversations can focus on which lessons transfer and which require local adaptation. BUILD THE PARTNERSHIP Next, establish shared expectations for brand use, pricing, agreements and supply. Guidance on using the Chess Learning Institute brand, including its logo, colours, terminology and pricing presentation. For example, suggested pricing models are organised by programme and number of logins. However, they remain recommendations rather than requirements. An agreement setting out the terms of partnership, mutual expectations and certification processes. An optional route to chessboards and accessories through the existing supply chain, where this arrangement is available. LEARN, ENGAGE AND GROW Finally, connect with other partners, develop local engagement and explore the evidence that informs the work. A community of organisations and individuals working with the Institute, offering insight into different local contexts. Ideas and implementation steps for tournaments, local events and community campaigns. Studies and resources relating to the use and potential impact of chess-based learning. Tell us about your context, and we can discuss which resources may be most relevant.Plan
